Chicken & Broccoli over rice

sauté chicken strips in garlic,pepper,salt in olive oil . Then add light cream ,boiled broccoli , boiled peas and lemon zest and stir well .add some fresh carrots at the end. garnish it with any herb ! And serve it over rice

    Nice blend of colours... was it good with white rice? Did you make stew and aapam for Easter?

    it was good with rice ! i did not make aapam and stew! and this doesnt taste like stew ! may be it looked like it when u look closer
